The Dickenson County Sheriff's Office have these stickers available for individuals with special needs. They are intended to alert emergency responders of any communications barriers they may face when responding to calls for service. The stickers can be placed on vehicles, at your home near the entrance, or anywhere you may need them to alert first responders.
