The Dickenson County Commissioner of Revenue is now accepting applications for a part-time Deputy Commissioner position. Applications may be obtained in the Commissioner’s office Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., or on line at dickensonva.org (email to myates@dickensonva.org). Deadline for applications, resumes and references is Friday, August 19, 2022, at 12:00 noon. Successful applicants must possess excellent computer skills, working knowledge of PC based software applications (Microsoft Word and Excel), excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to provide excellent customer service to the general public, the ability to learn county geography department goals and policies, and programs. Applicants must maintain confidentiality, have an excellent work ethic, the ability to be punctual and have a valid Virginia Driver’s License.
