The Industrial Development Authority of Dickenson County Virginia hereby gives notice that it intends to hold a public hearing on October 1, 2014 at 6:00 PM at the Dickenson Center for Education and Research, 818 Happy Valley Drive, Clintwood, VA 24228 to receive public comment regarding the merits of entering into a Comprehensive Agreement with Pray Construction Company for the construction of a new judicial facility. A copy of this agreement can be found on this website and is also available for public inspection at the IDA's office at 818 Happy Valley Drive, Suite 121, Clintwood, VA 24228.
