Dickenson County is requesting proposals for rehabilitation specialist services for the CDBG housing rehabilitation and reconstruction activities of the Trammel Community Revitalization Project in Trammel, Virginia. The Rehabilitation Specialist takes primary responsibility for designing, bidding, and controlling the quality of the work completed by the housing contractor and ensuring the timely completion of all housing construction contracts.
