ARLO MCKINLEY WITH CRAIG STREET RAMBLERS
CLINTWOOD, VA- March 27,2023- Arlo McKinley and local band, Craig Street Ramblers, performed at the Jettie Baker Center (JBC) on March 25, 2023. According to the JBC Director, Sara Phillips, the show resulted in 252 tickets sold, which is a record for JBC sponsored events since she assumed the role in June 2022.
According to Rita Surratt, Dickenson County Director of Tourism, “It is very exciting and encouraging to see such a wonderful turnout at the Jettie. There were people in attendance from Atlanta, North Carolina, Illinois, Kentucky, and Virginia. As we continue to work toward promoting tourism in the county, we recognize the connection between the attractions and events that we offer, and the overall economic impact that it can have on our community”.
Sara Phillips said, “This was such a special night for the Jettie. We look forward to continuing to bring a variety of quality entertainers to our county and thank the community for supporting us as we continue to grow and expand our options of events in our historic venue”.
